Clarity Session Policies

Session Format

The Clarity Session is a 1:1 video call designed to help you better understand your current situation, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and define a clear next step.

Sessions are 60 (sixty) minutes in duration and conducted remotely via online video call (e.g., Zoom).

Confidentiality

Everything discussed during the session will be treated respectfully and confidentially.

Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Scope & Boundaries

The Clarity Session is a reflective and structured conversation designed to support clarity, perspective, and intentional decision-making.

It is not:

  • Crisis support
  • Psychological treatment
  • Legal or financial advice

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Non-Therapy Disclaimer

While conversations may include topics related to identity, uncertainty, career disruption, or personal challenges, the Clarity Session is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

If you are experiencing significant psychological distress or require clinical support, please seek assistance from a qualified mental health professional.

No Guarantees Disclaimer

The Clarity Session is intended to provide clarity, perspective, and structured guidance.

However, because personal growth and change depend on many individual factors, no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.

In some cases, one session may be enough to create meaningful movement.
In others, the session may reveal the need for a deeper or more structured process.

Rescheduling & Refunds

Rescheduling and refund policies are managed through the Stan Store platform and calendar system used during booking.

Agreement to Policies

By proceeding, purchasing, and booking a Clarity Session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Session Policies.
